I’ve known Karina for several months; she has worked with my daughter for over a two years now. Words cannot express the difference Karina has made in my life! My wife and I have had Karina as our House Manager for three years now.  She has been an absolute life saver for two buys professionals. She quickly figured out our preferences and now oversees almost everything home related with minimal direction from us. She goes above and beyond from simply cleaning to small repair projects (changing light bulbs, repairing drywall, clearing drains and even grouting our shower) and organizational projects (cleaning out, organizing drawers and cabinets, etc.) to keep our home looking its best.

Karina is fantastic! She has helped our family in so many ways! From organizing, de-cluttering, cleaning and making meals, she has contributed so much! She takes on challenging jobs with a positive attitude and determination that is so hard to find! Karina works with initiative and often identifies what needs to be done in my house before asked. I  originally contacted Karina to help organize my house in order to photograph it to sell and pack for moving. With in the first five minutes of our in-person interview, she put all my worries to rest because of her calming nature and confident approach to my needs. She really won me over with her exuberance for out-of-the-ordinary projects. So far, the organizing is starting to take shape and the kitchen table she is refinishing for me is exceeding my expectations! I struggle to imagine a project she I originally tackle or personality he couldn't work with, but if either were to occur, she is the person who approaches interaction with such honesty and grace. I wish I could give Karina 10 stars! Karina has worked for our family for over a year and a half. She quickly became part of our family. We are a busy household and both parents have demanding careers. Karina takes so much off of our plate so when we are home we can spend quality time with our children- She does it ALL! She's an excellent cook a fantastic organizer and overall get stuff done lady Karina is consistently one step ahead. Not only do we trust her to care for our children, we are blown away at how much she has enriched their lives! They cook together do homework together and she takes then on outings. When she walks in the door she is greeted by the kids with hugs and cheers of joy because "Miss Karina is here!" Karina shines when it comes to her communication skills, she has a calming presence about her that makes us feel like she has things under control with little to no direction. Karina goes above and beyond! We are so blessed to have her in our family.
